2. What data we process

• identification and contact details: name, e-mail, phone, country of residence;
• the content of your message and your answers to the questionnaire (regions, type of property, budget, etc.), and the property you are interested in, if any;
• technical data: IP address and website language at the time the form is sent.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to answer your request and prepare an offer for you: these are pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep the IP address based on our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse and spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing your data is voluntary, but without a name and e-mail we cannot reply to you.

4. Retention

We keep requests for 24 months after they are sent; after that they are deleted automatically. If a contract results from the request, we keep the data for the period required by law.

5. Recipients

We do not sell your data. Only our web hosting and e-mail providers have access to it, as processors, within the European Union. We share it with partners (e.g. lawyers, notaries or estate agents) only with your knowledge and only when necessary to handle your request.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Just write to us at info@felixrealestate.eu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), or the authority in your country of residence.
